- Say what went well, by text or in a note. Specific praise gets passed on.
- Write a review or tell a neighbor. For a small company, a referral is worth more than any tip.
What a tip is not
A tip is not a substitute for saying something when the visit was not right. If a room was missed or a surface was streaked, tell us the same day; a quietly smaller tip tells nobody anything. Nor is a tip a way to get extra work done off the list: if you want the inside of the oven or the fridge cleaned, book it as an add-on so the time is planned and the price is on the quote.
